We have used Bailey’s for a few years now - annual chimney cleaning, converting old kiva to stove & chimney pipe replacement of older stove. Excellent work & leave home cleaner than it was. Used Bailey's because we got a discount from the Home show.When I made the appointment I was told honestly that "we aren't the cheapest" but it included an inspection. I am so glad I stuck with them. It turns out that our fireplace insert is irreparably damaged and, although the technician said it was our choice if we wanted to continue to use it, it might not be safe. He showed me photos of the damage and we looked up into the flue to visually see it. He was honest about the cost of replacing and went over the options with me with ballpark estimates. I don't think we will replace it, but, if we do, I will definitely call Bailey's first.

The technician, Matthew, was competent and personable. I had called Bailey’s to clean out the vent to my clothes dryer, but Matthew, after checking the vent, told me that a cleaning was not needed. I appreciated the honesty. Another plus was that I did not have to wait long for an appointment.
The whole crew at Bailey's are great. When I initially called they were able to schedule me and then notified me of a cancellation and my appointment was moved up. The technicians who arrived were friendly and professional and took my rambling and concerns in stride. The cleaning and inspection itself took about 20 minutes and afterward we talked at length about the aspects of our wood stove and what it meant for the health of the unit as a whole. He showed me the pictures of inside and the parts that were reason for concern. Their report is succinct and clear.Would definitely use them again!
Chimney crew arrived on time. Set up immediately and got to cleaning the chimney and fire box. Good explainations and photos where provided to show before and after conditions. Crew left the work area clean once they were done. Crew provided great recommendations on maintaining the fireplace. Overall.. great experience.... great service!!!

When we used our wood stove for the 1st time late fall there definitely was a problem. We called Bailey's and they worked us in even though it was not easy for them. The 2 young men that did the job were on time (they called us 10min out), efficient, pleasant and informative. They did a pretty good job at keeping all as clean as possible. We have used Bailey's before. We certainly will use them again and I highly recommend them !
Matthew and Devon recently demo'd and rebuilt my smoke chamber, flue, damper, and chimney cap. They are both great guys, personable, friendly, and highly skilled professionals. They took great care to protect our floors and living room and did an excellent job of controlling dust and debris. Showed up on time, communicated well, kept the project on schedule and on budget. Can't ask for more than that. I've found Bailey's to be one of the top home improvement and maintenance companies in the NNM area.

Arrived on time, polite crew introduced themselves and offered to answer all questions, covered outside of the fireplace to ensure no dirt or damage, and did a thorough cleaning and inspection for the pre-arranged price. They photographed and filmed dangerous cracks inside our 35-year-old chimney and explained the repairs needed without pushing their own repair service, welcoming us to get other bids. Very professional. Highly recommended.
We had an excellent experience with Bailey's yesterday. Both the young gentlemen who came to inspect and service our wood stove were very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what their inspection discovered. They were also able to clean our dryer vent which was clogged with lint, something we didn't realize. It's very refreshing to have such competent and friendly folks doing a great job.

Matt & Devin serviced my Wood stove this year. As always, they did an excellent cleaning job. Super friendly & informative. They actually showed up earlier than expected, and were done very quickly. They cleaned the window and completely vacumned the wood stove. As usual, they cleaned up after themselves and left No Mess behind. I'm already scheduled for a cleaning next year. 2 techs came to our home to clean the chimney. We've had them before and were happy with the service we received. This time we were equally pleased. They were on time, got straight to work and cleaned up. They showed me pics of the cleaned chimney. They also checked the dryer vent. We will use them again.
I met two of the technicians when my downstairs neighbor was having her dryer vent cleaned. They were so friendly that I immediately went home and booked my own appointment. They are so knowledgable, professional, and nice! They were also very mindful of keeping the work area clean and free of damage. I wish every service provider was like them! The receptionists were also extremely friendly and helpful when booking the appointment. Highly recommend.
They have done routine maintenance on our fire place for many years. Always does a great job and never ever made a mess. Last year relined the fireplace, adde a couple of feet to the chimney and now NO smoke even on a windy day. Highly recommend
Can't say enough good things about Mathew and his team. This was our third year having them service our wood stove which, as our primary source of heat, gets a lot of use in the winter months here in the foothills of Southern Colorado. We had two chimneys and dryer ducts cleaned. The technicians were professional; they did a great job cleaning the chimneys and dryer ducts. Proper safety precautions were taken. The status of the chimneys were described clearly afterwards and photos of the cleaned flues were shown and later provided in the reports. Excellent work and very professional behavior!

Bailey's Chimney Cleaning was responsive and on time, which is not something you experience very often in the Taos area. The technicians were very courteous and professional, and they left both areas they worked in clean. Showed us the before and after pictures and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. The guys did a great job of cleaning and giving us a detailed report with photos and a very good explanation and advice about what repairs might be needed to get the chimneys in tip top shape. They were very friendly and professional, on time, and very hard working while they were here. They did a good job with the cleaning, and we will use them again in the future and refer friends who need some fireplace work.

The cleaners are professional, thorough, on time and if running late, they let you know. They work so that the house and fireplace area stay clean throughout the process. The cleaners also take before/after photos to show exactly what they did and they identify any additional problems that need attending to. I received a text that Matthew and his assistant were on their way to our home and they arrived on time. We were not home at the time and had set up everything so that they had access to our home to perform a level 2 cleaning and inspection of our fireplace. they left our place very clean and secure. Gilbert and his assistant's were very friendly and professional. They were also very knowledgeable. The installation went seamlessly. We have not started a fire in the insert yet, but are looking forward to a warm and toasty winter.

Complicated vent piping made the job a challenge, but was handled with ease. Dryer vent hadnt been cleaned in 2 years and definitely needed attention.
