This is the 3rd year we've have a tech from Bailey's come clean our Tulikivi - which is a soapstone masonry heater. We spoke to Justin the first year and he came personally. He knew all about the Tulikivi, which isn't your run of the mill stove, so it was vitally important to us to hire someone who knew what they were doing. We've gotten different techs each of the past two years and all have been experienced, professional, and clean. It's as if they were never here except the stove is free of any minutia of ash - which is exactly what I wanted. I liked them so much I asked them to just put me down for an appointment every April.
